Copy

This command is used to copy text or graphics from a document and place them on the Clipboard. Afterwards, the text or graphics can be reinserted in another location by means of the Paste command.

1. From the Edit menu, select Copy
   or
   On the Edit toolbar, click on the Copy icon.

You can also use a shortcut by simultaneously pressing on the keys CTRL+C (Refer to list of shortcuts).
